Online Dating, Take 2

So, I have been on a dating website for some months and no success thus far. It's pretty irritating, mostly because I have come to the realization that I am not a patient person when it comes to the matters of the heart. I can not come to the understanding of why things take so slow and why I am not able to meet someone right now, and be blissfully married (I have also come to the realization that marriage is not easy all the time, and it takes a lot of work and patience, of which I have none apparently).

Here's the thing with online dating. It sucks the life out of you! Depending on what website you use, they may suggest people to you that make you go "WTH? you serious? This is what I'm worth." There are also websites where the only thing on the minds of the members is sex, whether its within a relationship or just a one night stand. Neither of which I am interested in. Seriously, I am just waiting out my expiration date.

I understand that someone people need the internet to find others and socialize. But I am not that person. I actually like meeting new people (this is where you go, SAY WHHAATT?! and I go yea, I know right..). I like going out. I like the rush and excitement. I'm just not down for hookups and one night stands, and anything else along those lines. It is very hard to find a decent person, who is willing to be in a serious relationship with you, on or off line.

The funny thing is, I just visited a website and randomly searched for eligible men in the area and found at least 4 that I recognized from my acquaintances. The best part is, they're all players!!!!!!!!! They play girls left and right! They work them up, use them and release! And I have no idea how to warn the unsuspecting girls on that site. Currently, I do not care. They can fend for themselves.

I'm just looking for one. I'm not asking for 100's or even 10. Just 1 good one.
